1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the betjiki online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://betjiki.net and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing any part of the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with betjiki and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

betjiki reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, betjiki will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with betjiki's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between betjiki and the Player.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between different versions or translations (if any), the English version shall prevail and be the definitive version for all purposes.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between betjiki and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active betjiki account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gambling services from your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a professional player, consultant, employee, officer, director, or affiliate of betjiki or any of its associated companies.
• You have not previously had a betjiki account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with betjiki or any gambling self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are of sound mind, acting freely, and not under the influence of any substance that would impair your judgement at the time of any financial transaction on the Platform.

2.1 Age Verification Process

betjiki may, at any time, request documentary proof of your age and identity before permitting access to real-money services. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by betjiki will result in temporary suspension of your account pending resolution.

2.2 Underage Play

If betjiki determines at any point that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, subject to applicable verification checks. betjiki will not be liable for any losses sustained during a period in which an underage player accessed the Platform in breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and deposit or withdrawal services on betjiki, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. betjiki operates a strict one-account-per-player policy across its entire platform.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, a Bangladeshi mobile number, your date of birth, and a secure password of your own choosing. You must not use false identities, nicknames, or misleading information during registration.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjiki account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. betjiki strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified betjiki of a suspected security breach.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords such as your name, date of birth, or sequential number strings.
• Do not access your betjiki account from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to betjiki support at [email protected] immediately.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to deposit, play, or withdraw funds.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

betjiki is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process, betjiki may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, address, date of birth, and payment method ownership. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and a photograph of the payment method used (e.g., bKash wallet confirmation). Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Duplicate Accounts

Opening more than one betjiki account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If betjiki detects duplicate accounts linked to the same player, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending investigation, and any bonus balances will be forfeited. Deposits held in duplicate accounts may be returned at betjiki's sole discretion following the completion of a fraud investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on betjiki are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). betjiki supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure maximum convenience for players across Bangladesh.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

betjiki currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and may be updated from time to time. The applicable limits for your chosen payment method will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your betjiki account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment processor. For mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), confirmation is typically near-instant. For card transactions, processing times may vary depending on your card issuer. betjiki does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of betjiki.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by betjiki in the order in which they are received. Fully verified accounts benefit from the fastest withdrawal processing times. betjiki aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad) within 24 hours of approval, subject to satisfactory identity verification and fraud checks. betjiki reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account, subject to certain exceptions at betjiki's discretion.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). betjiki does not apply currency conversion fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment providers in connection with currency conversion outside of the betjiki platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

betjiki offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds issued by betjiki are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus balance will expire at the end of the validity period.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

betjiki takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, exploiting low-margin games to clear wagering requirements, using automated betting systems to fulfil wagering requirements, and colluding with other players in connection with bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is detected, betjiki reserves the right to void all bonus balances, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the accounts involved.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

betjiki reserves the right to limit promotional eligibility to specific player segments, geographic locations within Bangladesh, or account tiers at its sole discretion. Players who have opted for self-exclusion or who have deposit limits in place may be excluded from certain promotional offers in accordance with betjiki's responsible gaming obligations.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and are limited to one claim per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Reload bonuses and cashback promotions are subject to eligibility criteria published with each individual offer.
• betjiki VIP Club rewards are governed by the separate VIP Programme Terms published on the Platform.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the designated game(s) specified in the promotion and expire after the stated validity period.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to additional terms published at the time of each promotion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

betjiki's game library is sourced exclusively from certified third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are advised to review the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot and virtual casino games available on betjiki use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and verified for fairness by the game provider. Live dealer games broadcast from certified studio environments are governed by physical dealing processes and monitored in real time. betjiki does not control or influence the outcome of any game.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure affecting the outcome of a game, betjiki reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. betjiki will not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly from a technical malfunction. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously credited win, betjiki reserves the right to recover that amount from the player's account balance.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers series), football, and kabaddi markets, are governed by betjiki's Sportsbook Rules document published on the Platform. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered after betting has commenced, betjiki will apply its Sportsbook Rules to determine whether bets stand or are voided and stakes returned. betjiki's decision on the outcome of any disputed sports bet is final and binding.

6.4 Maximum Winning Limits

betjiki applies maximum winning limits per game, per session, and per day. These limits are published within the relevant game interface and in the Platform's general betting rules. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum limit will be capped at that limit, regardless of the displayed result. betjiki reserves the right to adjust maximum winning limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betjiki platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise legally prohibited from gambling.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform system for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been used for betting purposes.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players or betjiki's internal systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward betjiki staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjiki's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by the relevant player to their betjiki account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 No Liability for Third-Party Services

betjiki is not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, failures, or technical issues of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers whose services are integral to the Platform's operation. betjiki will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues affecting players arising from third-party service failures but cannot guarantee outcomes or compensation in respect of such failures.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Disclaimer

Gambling involves risk, and it is possible to lose money. betjiki provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, self-exclusion, and session time-outs to help players manage their gambling activity. However, betjiki cannot be held liable for gambling losses sustained by any player, regardless of the circumstances, beyond the limits set out in these Terms. 8.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as determined by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction. betjiki will always make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve player disputes through its internal dispute resolution process before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. 8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless betjiki, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct on your part in connection with betjiki's services.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.
